Why was CRNA LINK founded?
CRNA LINK was conceived by a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who recognized the growing demand for anesthesia services. Witnessing the challenges CRNAs face in finding fair opportunities and dealing with Locum companies that often prioritize profit over professionals, the founder envisioned a platform that could empower CRNAs by providing direct access to job opportunities and resources for independent contracting. The goal was to create a community-driven network where CRNAs could connect, grow, and thrive without the constraints typically imposed by traditional staffing agencies.
